Manufacturing Process

Every part starts with a 3D scan and test-fit of the original to lock in accurate mounting points. Parts are laid up by hand using a dry carbon process, then cured in an autoclave, the same high-pressure method used in aerospace, Formula 1 and MotoGP. The surface then receives a five-layer treatment, is coated with automotive-grade clearcoat, and is wet-sanded and polished to a deep, even shine.

Made from PrePreg carbon fiber, pre-impregnated with a precisely metered amount of resin for consistent strength, low weight and a clean weave pattern.

Finish Options
